He has held senior management positions within those companies before using his skills to offer advice to SME concerns who had lost direction.

His main successes were in building up, managing and developing, direct sales teams for Vicort of London; Abbey Life; Your Communications. He was also a Sales Trainer and Public Speaker and latterly acted as a business consultant to many small businesses throughout the North of England.

He has developed a passion for the work carried out by Counsellors and Psychotherapists and has from 2010 has been a business adviser to the European Association for Counselling.
